CyberFloss Terms of Service

Welcome to CyberFloss! These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your use of our website, products, and services, including cotton candy rental machines, event services, and related offerings (collectively, the “Services”). By accessing or using our Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, please do not use our Services.

Services

CyberFloss provides cotton candy rental machines, event staffing, supplies, and related services. Availability is subject to scheduling and confirmation. We reserve the right to modify or discontinue any Services at any time.

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old to rent from CyberFloss. By booking, you represent that you are legally able to enter into contracts.

Bookings & Payments

  • A non-refundable deposit of up to 50% is required to secure your event date.

  • Final payment is due 7 days before the event unless otherwise agreed.

  • Accepted payment methods: cash or card.

  • Prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

Cancellations & Refunds

  • you have until 7 days before your event to cancel, a refund will be processed minus the non- refundable deposit collected to secure your date

  • Prices are subject to applicable taxes and fees.

Health & Safety

  • CyberFloss follows health and sanitation standards.

  • Customers agree not to request or use the equipment in unsafe or unsanitary conditions.

  • CyberFloss is not responsible for allergic reactions or dietary concerns unless specifically disclosed and confirmed in writing.

Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law:

·  CyberFloss is not liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages.

·  Total liability for any claim is limited to the amount paid for the Services in question.

·  Customer assumes responsibility for ensuring that Services are suitable for their event and attendees.

Intellectual Property

All content on the CyberFloss website, including logos, designs, text, and media, owned by CyberFloss and may not be used without permission.

By clicking "Submit" with your number or email, you agree to CyberFloss Terms of Use and Privacy Policy. You consent to receive phone calls and SMS messages from CyberFloss to provide updates on your order and/or for marketing purposes. Message frequency depends on your activity. You may opt-out by texting "STOP".

community. To receive text messages, reply “JOIN”, to stop text messages reply “STOP”, for assistance reply ”HELP”. Message frequency varies as responses are requested.

Termination

We reserve the right to refuse or cancel Services at our discretion, including for unsafe conditions, non-payment, or violation of these Terms.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, without regard to conflicts of law. Any disputes will be resolved in the courts located in Maricopa County, Arizona.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our Services after changes indicates acceptance of the updated Terms.
